Key Jammed in lock

Has anyone had the problem of the key being jammed in the lock.
Drivers side door was unlocked by the key and then the key jammed at about 11 o'clock position on the way back up stuck hard and the key won't turn or come out stuck fast.

Disconnected key tumbler from the locking mechanism and no go, so definitely the key tumbler.

Any ideas a part from the locksmith

Try giving it a squirt of WD40 and jiggling the key gently.

give a tap with toffee hammer ,might free tumbler.

Tried all of those but have found the problem.
Got the locksmith in when I told him what had happened he asked if it was a Nissan.
It appears there an extra but in the lock that drops down and jams the tumbler, he repaired it and every thing is back to normal.

If you start having problems with the lock sticking pay ,to get it checked before it's to late.
You can't do much with the key jammed in the door

And if it does stick don't snap the key off that's when it starts getting expensive
