I had the misfortune buying off the net and got the wrong filter they reckoned it was the right one, should of had a look here first to get the right one

Installed mine this morning!

Quite easy even for me, Might of squashed the gasket in one corner though...

There was no way on this earth that my old OEM air filter was changed last year, it was almost black and liquid stains everywhere.

Sounds very diffrent, the usual roar has gone and now it growels, and makes a undescribable noise up at high rev's. I can hear the turbo whistle a lot more. Weather thats the turbo coming on more or being able to hear it??

And it does feel more responsive,but that could be due to a clean filter and a diffrent shaped one. but will see how it goes on a long run on sunday back to pompy.

Zip did u ( / are u?) tell your insurance company??

Also had some stickers and a car smelly free from revs online, £60 all in inc P&P?
Dont know about putting the stikers on though?

k&n ad the insurance

rang the insurace company (admiral) 25 for the remainder of the policy. will post a pic this afternoon, might stick the white, no the black sticker o the bottom right corner of the rear widow

Here it is! and the oil filter has been nipped up, just wonder why it came loose, me and my mate gave it a handtight when we fitted it?

What is the best way of getting the dead zoo of dead insects off my rad, there loads!

And also has anyone ever changed the seats, want one of those pajero ones with the arm rests, i dont even care if i cant fold it forward,

or even just wack some arm rests on the seat, because that centre console is just a bit to low for me.

Any ideas?

I've wanted something similar for a while, but usually end up jamming a cushion between the seats for long journeys!:doh
