K&N air filter

As title, K&N air filter for 2.7 diesel.
Bought earlier this year.
Done less than 2000 miles £30 posted.

Is this just the cylindrical cone filter that goes inside the air box?

I just fitted mine and it has made a big difference, I can hear it sucking air when engine is under load but dont know if thats normal ?? But sound's good

Will second that:thumbs on my second T2 & both have gave me an extra 2mpg after fitting the K&N & become more lively

If it is sold, I have one for sale.

I bought it off Clivvy just under a year ago, so not sure how many miles it has done. When I got it, I cleaned it all up using the proper K&N cleaner, and then oiled it up, used it for 9 months (8K miles), then fitted my Snorkel, which needs a different filter, so it no longer fits my car. I have since re-cleaned and oiled it. £25 if you want it.

As far as I know, there are 2 types. One is a tube, open right through, and the other is closed at one end like a bucket. I think the closed sort was earlier models, but not 100%.
