K&N Air Filter question

Been having a look to see if a K&N 57i induction kit is available for the pre-intercooler 2.7 (i.e. TD as opposed to TDi) but no-one seems to list one, they all seem to start from 1996 (mine's a 1994) - anyone know if they are available?

All indications are that an induction kit WILL bolt straight on to the MAF housing. This is a good thing !!

Still waiting for a reply from Performance Filters as to why they don't list a fitting for the 3.0?
Maybe something as simple as never having got round looking close enough :nenau.

Can see one being bought quite soon.....

i bought an induction air filter not the k and n induction kit :doh its just the filter so wont connect to the maf :doh will see if i get time to make something up to retro fit it

I haven't got a TD but a KnN induction kit is just a bit of pipe and a fancy chrome filter mesh thing. So I'd get one and just fit it on instead of the original filter box. Simples :thumbs

ive just fitted a k n filter that fits straight into the air box on my 3.0 ,and thee acceleration and power is very noticeable very pleased.

please can you take photos to show us.......i might fit one myself to my 3L :lol
