Nice looking motor

Love the colour we used to have the previous model the little square one a T bar it was a brilliant motor. 7 years of trouble free driving the wife loved it.

MR2, nice, Rick
Why, thank you.

Thought I might as well since Molly Megane is out of mot as of yesterday & I can't MOT it here because I don't have the log book, it's in Scotland...(Long story).

Sally Surf done a road trip to Portugal & hasn't ran a day since we returned (she went on holiday)

So I had a look at what I had & what I could get...found this wee thing, she's called Tina not perfect bit does have a long mot, tax is same as surf & oh classic insurance........
Yes I can! So I did.

Always wanted one.

My other options was a '96 Mazda 323f

It's lovely to drive, very lazy laidback feel with the armrest/central console & gear stick so high.

@Rick I definitely like driving this one with the stereo off!

Nice choice but you wouldn't have been disappointed with the 323f either.
I had a 323F it was an amazing car. Had it fer 10 years,Great fun to drive. it was the GXR with TSW wheels, went round corners like it was on rails. At one point when I first came here it was on my sisters drive un touched for two years and started first time. but an un insured driver in the UK ran in to it and it was written off :( would have another tomorrow ,although their a bit low for me now and with my bad back difficult to get in and out of

my partner had one when we first met lovely thing :thumb2

Very nice :thumb2
I had a 1990 second generation in white as a second car for me and the wife so we could escape on our own for a few hours here and there.
As my wife's back problems got worse it just became too uncomfortable for her to be in for any length of time so we sadly let it go.

I got very close to buying one for the wife but ended up with an MX5
Never even got to drive the MR2 but the MX round these lanes is just hilarious
How goes the T2 rebuild ? :augie

I've drove the 07 mx5 & rx8. Much prefer the rx to the mx although both were fun around a set of barrels.[emoji4]

I'm still figuring this one out but i've worked out its a '91 rev 1 so no power steering...fun

Terrano, erm need to lift the box out to change the clutch & rarely any one to help if I need it & kids about

Car Mechanics Magazine has done a MR2 parts guide feature in the June issue.

I've got an episode of Wheeler Dealers to watch soon too with an MR2 rebuild that they do!!!

Ed China would so have the Black Pearl in shape Pete :naughty
