Jacobs ladder permanent TRO

Was informed last night that yet another classic peak district lane has been taken from vehicle users.
Jacob's ladder at stoney Middleton is now subject to a permanent TRO as from midnight last night.
You guys that did the peaks meet earlier in the year might remember it.
A tight twisty section at the bottom then a sharp turn and up a steep,rocky climb.
We stopped at the bottom next to the church while Rick sorted out Banshee's drivers side window.
Was hoping to get one last drive in but with my dad being in hospital recovering from a triple heart bypass operation have not had the time.
Soon be nothing left to drive in the peaks

It’s a real shame about so many lanes being closed. Is there anywhere that gives a full report to show what evidence they worked on to obtain a closure like that?

It's all on the dcc website.
This has been going on for a while now.
I gave user evidence and provided a non bias covering letter but to no avail.
It's all a bit one sided and with the nut job Patricia Stubbs leading the anti mob it's always going to be an uphill struggle.

I ain't one for rolling over and will keep fighting the fight to keep our legal vehicular rights of way open to drive :thumb2:thumb2
