Internal 2nd battery

I'm part way through my 2nd battery install.
I've discussed it here before but can;t find where RUSTIC ? :lol
Any road up, the battery will be inside the cab, under rear seat area essentially. I seem to recall some discusion on venting gases.
Am I right in thinking the battery's waste gases are lighter than air ? If so I can easily duct up to rear quarters behind the plastic trim.

Floor section where SWB seat would normally be

That's my steel battery tray next to a ply divider. the divider will be bonded to the floor . Gas tank to the left

The boot flat floor will cover this install once all done .

Propper battery box, vented outside, sealed lid, fixed down ,
No fuses inside box.


All will be good
