Nice project but your better off spending the ££ on something else.

I did it on mine and you will need a separate bottle ideally :thumb2
Just check which way round the fan goes before you fit the nozzles. I fitted mine all nice n neat, switched it on and pressed the spray button, and was immediately soaked  I had it on suck not blow :lol
Also if you do the fan/spray mod, use tigerseal or similar to help bond the fan to the I/C, it gets rattled to death on top of the engine
If you can source the parts cheap it's a nice fun mod that in theory keeps the charge temps down while offroading :thumbs
I found my switch off a scooby in the scrap yard :naughty so it even has the water spray symbol on it

I've often wondered if the fan restricted air flow to the I/C on road:augie might give the water mist a try some time

looks at water injection, squirt it after the turbo

Ha that's way too warm :lol I squirt in LPG , now that IS cold :D

Ah but it also mixes fuel better and cools egt. :naughty

Also you can add methanol for that extra cooling :naughty

Got a kit under my bed that I was going to install to the 90.

It's all about cooling the air at intake so effectively giving the engine denser air which has more oxygen in it. More oxygen = more bang , basically :sly
You can achieve various levels of cold air intake. From external mods like we started on here, to putting a water spray or methanol spray into the air intake, or "Charge"
Look up charge temps in google and be amazed :naughty
