Intercooler hose sizes

Hi chaps, can anyone measure their intercooler to turbo hose diameters. Also the I/C to inlet mani sizes please.
Mine's all modded out but friend wants to go silicone hose and I can't find my old I/c anywhere :doh
Any takers ?
