Here you go boys and girls, hot off the welding table :D
These idler brackets will fit behind the std idler and give it some more support:thumbs
The bottom part of the bracket is the same thickness as the original washer. So you bin that and do up you nut as usual.;)
If your arm hasnt got a nipple in it:lol I'll supply you with a drill and tap and grease nipple kit too:)
The existing chassis bolts will be long enough to be refitted too and still have the nylock in place:clap

unless i drag it to the farm to do it:nenau thats highly likely now, then i can really give it the large one

she might need a re-paint with what i have in mind though. anyone ?
