Well to be fair this is taking up valueable sever space which could leed to the club having to get a bigger sever & in turn pushing up the membership fee to cover the out lay spent on the server:augie

this is in the The Clubs Virtual Pub area, an area i believe for fun and chat.

I'm sure Bat will cut out the older stuff when / if space becomes tight.

and as a site, i believe you cant just talk about 4 wheels etc all the time.

its meant to be a site people feel like coming to, the talk to friends have fun and talk about 4x4's. but not JUST 4x4's it would be so dull for a lot of people

There have been may great topic's in the pub section over the last 2 & a bit years i've been here & alot of members have all put their views inBut TBH I feel this is a thread just to knock up your posting count & it's not leading any where really:augie

Sweet, my friend, Ive never posted to get post count up, twaz i who said to Bat to get it taken off every post. so new people didn't see, and maybe feel that they couldn't join in and talk. i don't care about post number, bat can take them all off if he wants I'm not worried

you have spoken you mind, and i do admit its just a FUN post in the FUN area of the site. if id posted it in the wrong place then I would admit to talking space up in the wrong area, and I'm sure it would have been moved to here.

because it was a quick question about something thats already been covered and needed an answer quick, rather than scour through pages of stuff that i dont need to read or have the time for.

all of my posts start in the pub and if its considered valuable it can be moved to the appropriate place then.

also i dont mind if my posts evolve into banter or fun so it normally ends up a pointless thread

very true, but I hope i can talk for Sweety here,

we are both grown men. and are big enough to know how the other feels, I can understand some people just wanting to talk about cars, ect..

but i do enjoy the chat and fun more. ill gladly help any one do any thing if i can, so having a laugh is part of that.

but the way i look at it is ..

two or 3 people chatting, you always go off subject have a laugh, ad back to subject. i believe its call conversation..

Don't get me wrong your not the only one we can all do it so none of us are perfect but there does seem to be a little clic of folk who jump in anywhere
