I just found a Chip Express tuning box

There's a little bag velcroed to the bulkhead, and inside is a tuning box.

Anyone got any experience of this particular box fittted to a Terrano, and thought on it?

My 3.0 is pretty quick for such a big lump, and is very happy to wheelspin....

Doesn't makeitfit have one of these? I can't be sure, someone on here does though

did n`t know it was there when i bought the car !

according to the Oz website, EGR blanking and turbo tuning is a no go.

This box claims to alter the ECU settings to give more power and more mpg.....

I got the instructions sent to me, which consist of fitting instructions (in what appears to be badly translated text), along with advice to leave the settings alone - there is a dial on the end of the unit that can be turned to alter the settings, but there isn't any info on what each graduation alters the settings by.

If I could be bothered, I'd uninstall it to see what happens.....

I have the TUNIT version and is adjustable. I guess they're all the same in the box. use it, abuse it, enjoy it
