i dont dislike chrome.... i just ditched the rest of the bling to create another look and try to blend all the mods into the truck without it looking ropey

only want small rectangular lights if any.

will fit another bar the same later on probably to fit luggage etc

but im still playing with ideas, but its the cosmetics mostly now i got the running gear set up im happy with

i had trouble sorcing belts even in a big halfords and motor factor

the ones the said fit didnt i had to mess about loads

plus if you do it that way you got a spare you can fit on the back or sell on

if you want measurements let me know ill post a plan for setting it out for holes
will save you pulling the roof lining out or drilling the sunroof .
i got a spare truck here im breaking . so got measurements from that before i drilled my truck

Hello Mate, is that the roof bar off a swb ? Something like that would be ideal for fitting roof lights to on my lwb.

yeah it was a swb roof bar.... but you can cut the bar bit to any length you want.... ill post a plan of where you can drill holes there is not much space you can drill due to switches and sunroof pipes and wires etc

It would be great if you could do the Bud. I didn't know that you could cut the bars. I was thinking of "cutting and shutting" 2 sets of lwb bars, so that I could have a cross bar right at the front of the truck, forward of the sunroof ?

yep what you need is either 2 front or 2 rear brackets
you cant use 2 from the same side as the mount plates are different very slightly.

fix the brackets then cut the bar to suit

you will need silicone under to stop rain coming in or rusting around the new holes
