how to get more speed at 2500 rpm

right is their an easy way to get the msv to do 70mph at arround 2500rpm as mine seems to be around 3000rpm

dont think i need more power as i have plenty of grunt and still have grunt to go at 2500 and 3000 rpm but for the sake of the economy would be nice if i can do 70 instead of 62 at 2500

any ideas
