sorry to hear the bad mpg i get 32 ish at 65mph but i thought that was shit:doh

Now you have heavier boots, especially the right boot, you'll now find the mpg even worse:lol:lol

its not been too bad tbh had to change the alternator and the found out the day after i bough it one of the locking hubs wasnt working but they are both fixed now so just waiting on the window and then thats me finished with the niggles

incidentally the hub is completely different to the mav's with 2 springs and the thing is actually the part that holds the wheel in place lol

found the snorkel is under £100 for the isuzu :thumbs

but other than that its been a nice comfy drive :thumbs

not always ;) drive with a gentle right foot in a truck with a decent auto (talking chrysler here and not gm :augie ) and it often does know best.

Sticking below 70 on dual carriageway I can easily get over 30mpg and it sticks in the overdrive :thumb2

Dont get this bit about kilometers, as you listed the distance in KILOMETERS but then listed the consumption in MILES PER GALLON :doh :doh :doh

you used metric and imperial instead of just one unit of measure

Thinking about it you missed a trick there

Karl as you should of listed both in KILOMETERS as the Kilometers per gallon would of been a larger number,:sly :sly :sly

but then again it should be listed as kilometers per litre but the number would be smaller :doh :doh :doh

as you shouldnt mix met and imp together in the same calculation :thumbs :thumbs :thumbs

You wernt trying to kid us were you ???? that you did a big diatance on little fuel:naughty :naughty :naughty

i make it 21.5 miles to the gallon?
buts that after a few stellas:doh

iant got a clue i know it was a hell of alot better than the mav on the same journey cost me £50 with that when i picked up the yokohoma tyres :nenau

just for you monty lol it was 225.55 miles

i used one of them mpg calculators didnt bother to convert the km to miles

scrub my last calculation it is 30.5:thumb2
will stick to stella and more countdown for me on monday:doh
