High angle CV joints!

Anybody know if the front cv joint things can be modified to increase their working angle?

I remember you saying that before, but was hoping to maximise the benefit of IFS by keeping it high :sly
What sort of offset is avail. and where from etc
 
From the US - can't remember who does em - we ought to see if we can get something done over here. Its onoy about 10 or 12mm but its enough to take the strain off the CVs, but won't effect the clearance as the diff still stays up above the crossmember etc.
 
how about live axel on the front ....... its doable from what ive been playing with looks promising

I've seen the calmini set up and those rather tangy Icelandic motors. However I think it's a highly labour intensive job or very expensive.
Where as if you go down the front locker route that some of us are doing then I dont think its worth the bother.

I'll have a closer look at the diff mountings and see my bush maker:sly
He's just made me some lurverly top arm bushes and sleeves :cool:
