oops missed your last message my dads mate would probably have acess to these parts to test.is the pump fitted to top off tank would the tank have to come out how much do ya think pump would cost

no to test pressure you look at the fuel pipe to injectors above inlet manifold, Rick

no access cap rear right of boot, remove and tank inlet/outlet/gauge unit bolted to top of tank, bolts tend to shear, do it with low fuel as need to put your arm in to far left of tank to get to pump, Rick
 
hi rick so another mate come round we are sure the injectors are pulling in air so replaced top orings and the rubbers that sit between the engine/injectors it still runs crap but sure they are sucking air and if I spray ethnole/easy start the engine note changes and the tick over goes back to normal I don't get why they would leek with new seals the top o ring doesn't even feal like a good fit to me they are genuine parts :nenau

Air is crap, have you checked the fuel pressure, Rick
 
not yet mate my dads mate gonna check it for me also hes gonna check vacumes also check the 2 parts that the vac pipes go to not sure what there called they are electric there just to the right off the throttle boody if you are faceing front off car looking in to engine bay but hes off sick with wip lash
 
hi rick theterrano has died :eek:mot failed big time welding on inner sill,well holein the plates that had been already welded in past front and rear 8 inchesor so all so rear seat belt and other stuff behind wheel arches,imissions/tick over they said it was manifold gasket/beg to differ doesn't matter any how . wheel bairingand track rod end so would have cost 1,500.any how thanks 4 your help and she will be off to brakers or gum tree:bow
 
£1500 they are of course having a big laugh, bet I could sort it for £300, Rick
