It's not the arches so much as the end of the sills at the front:sly
Cut my sills off and made them into rock sliders, so cut the ends off at the same time :naughty
Jay do you do MIG welding, cos the one iv got coughs and spits like a whore on crack. Would like to see how to set the bloody thing up so im at least in with a chance of being able to weld myself instead of asking for help all the time.
As much as i think its great my mates help me out with it, i really want to be able to do it myself, as i fix everything else on my truck myself.
right turn the power full then when it blows a hole in the steel turn it down one notch and keep turning it down till it dosnt blow holes then if its spitting turn you wire feed down i use my wire feed at about a quater of the dial IE number 2/3 your welder will need differant settings for differant thickness of steel dose this make sence
what welder do you have
It sure does, i got a new face mask comming this week as the one i have is so dark i end up welding the bench half the time.
On your bumper did you use the old frame or make a new complete one?

Not now :lol It did need the ends of the sills cutting but then I'm only on 2" body lift and 2" suspension lift. Maybe you'll have enough with 3 + 2 but I'm suprised you can get +3 on suspension as the front will have no droop at 3" :augiedose it catch anywhere ?
