So had to put the axles back onto the chassis to be able to move workshops, so didn't have much time to properly reindex the torsion bars.

although I did try to follow the workshop download & ended up with this:

How do I fix it? Stupid terms please :lol

looks like you have re indexed them the wrong way.
only fix is to do it again.
when you take the adjusters off you need to lower them so they sit below the cross member before you re fit the bolts.
should be in the download for doing them:thumb2

Cheers folks, so undo the triangle piece & lower arm bolt, lossen off torsion bar bolts until hook hangs lower than xmember, refit & tighten everthing?

What's the download bit bout jacking up the lower arm? What's that doing? Or do I need to?

That's may be the Nxt one alex, drift car!

that is to get the adjuster to clear the hole on the cross member.
if you look at your adjuster and look at the cross member you can see the recesses on the adjuster that the cross member sits in when torsions are under load.
to get your adjusters to move the cross member has to be out of the recesses.
i just got a bar and pulled the torsion down a touch so it cleared.

Don't forget once you refit the body the torsion bars will need re-adjusting again due to the extra weight:thumbs
