Hi guys.

This week the truck has been up in the air at the garage getting the off side swivel hub fixed.

I asked the guy, while it's up in the air, would there be any change you can change the radius arms over to the aftermarket ones I've bought to correct the castor angle?

He said it wasn't a problem...

But there is a problem. I ordered the Raptor 4x4 radius arms and they still haven't turned up! :doh The guy now needs to get the truck back together to free up the lift, so that it's not holding up his business!

I have read on the Oz forums that it is possible for a guy with a jack to change over the radius arms on his own driveway and I wondered if anyone on here has done that?

It all seems a bit daunting to me... But then again, I built the fender flares up to be a much bigger job than it was and I bashed that out in half a day!

Advice from the Guru's is always appreciated.

Jay

I have not done it but I would imagine that with a couple of ratchet straps, one front and rear to stop the spring kicking the axle one way or tother that it should be easy enough, Rick

I would imagine it's fairly straightforward :nenau

I'd be tempted to remove the springs and shocks so only the panhard is holding it on, stick the axle on stands.

Good suggestions guys....

Who's coming to mine to help? There's a peanut butter sandwich in it for ya! :lol
