Hi All,
My other half reversed my car into a concrete post today, the car is insured (Fully Comp) in my name with her as a named driver. No one else was involved or saw the incident.
She also has a car which she insures in her own name.
My question is: (Yes I know this is a bit naughty!!)
If I claim on my insurance and say she was driving, will it effect both our premiums or would it be better (cheaper for both of us) for me just to say I was driving therefore it would only effect my policy.
If I do say she's driving then the next time I get a quote and they say have I had any accidents or claims in last 3 or 5 number of years would I have to say yes as it wasn't me that had the accident.
Any advise appreciated
