Need some help preventing Brushfield lane in monsal be re classified as a bridleway.
Please forward this to your members.
Derbyshire CC has decided that Brushfield is to become a bridleway and footpath. We need objectors to trigger a public inquiry but more importantly we need many user evidence forms to be submitted for use before 2006.
Sadly, my call for this information last September resulted in just THREE responses to Derbyshire. Hence DCC claimed it had no historic use by motor vehicles and declined to consider it as a BOAT.
Please do not ignore this call if you wish to keep using Brushfield.

I wish to object to the Order sealed on 23 January 2014 to modify the DM&S to record the NCR known as Brushfield Lane as a bridleway and footpath. I have used this route with a motor vehicle before 2006. My user evidence form and map is attached.
