Help needed or big hammer

So all started last week thought the head gasket had gone but after some advise of here found out it was the turbo so got it reconditioned put it back on.starter motor is dodgey but got it started now its ticking over just but won't go above 1000 rpm now I changed the oil and filter and did fuel filter primed it up but still don't rev up my motor is a n reg 2.7 td so any ideas

What engine is it intercooled or not

Does it have a MAF, if it does, have you reconnected it?

No inter cooler it's 2.7 td r 20

That's what I thought need to have another check round make sure every thing is connected

I know you've just changed Turbo but just in case it's still got to be worth cleaning the mini filter. There's a download in Quick Links.

Mini filter caused a few probs on mine removed it and its been ok since..
