hi trying to help friend fix tranno 2 found the jack on left rear but cant find handle or wheel brace were r they kept and do you think my halford little axle stands r strong enouth to hold terrano, how much do they weigh

Wheel brace and jack are normally stored under the rear seat, axle stands should be able to support 2 tonnes. If you're not sure, shove the spare wheel under the lowest point to act as a back up (you should always do that anyway in case an axle stand topple, and NEVER just use the Nissan one, they are lethal!

The drive bar for the Jack is a very long bar under the back seat. It has one end that goes into the Jack, and a square shaft on the other end.

Also under the seat is a package with a few tools in, and one of these id the wheel brace, which also acts as the winding handle for the jack, using the square hole located in the brace handle.

The T2, is 1.8 ton, and when I used my Halfrauds stands, it straightened out the "V" locating bit on the top of the stand. I went out and got some 3 ton ones to be safe.

That's where it is, but he said he had already found the jack, so there was no need to tell him that bit...:lol:lol
