Right I know I have asked this before But forgot. Where are the bulbs for the heater instrument panel It has power But no lights But saying that the left one that directs the heat where ever did come on for a while yesterday Thanks

Behind the panel, you have to remove the radio, part of the centre consul and some of the lower dashboard to access screws. The bulbs are weird sizes and I found the Nissan didn't show them on their parts search, only when I had the old bulbs, were they able to get me some.

?

Thanks firebobby I have done all that can see begger all Pics would be good if anyone got any to show where the little buggers are :doh

:doh I had mine apart yesterday as well :doh

ok so you remove the centre console plastic surround/stereo/etc What you are left with is the heater control panel. Looking down at the panel, above the left and right dial, you can see both bulbs.

Have you tried giving the dial a tap? I have to do that to make mine come on....!

Ah ha not just mine then, I've been thinking it's a copper track on a plastic sheet behind the dials, I had an Orion that had that sort of issue.

I keep looking at the centre console and think about pulling it out to take a look and then think better of it.

removal is easy. unclip the gear stick surround, and unscrew two screws at bottom on console. moving up, remove the ashtray remove two more screws, unclip the dash carefully - this allows you some movement to pull out the stereo surround which is clipped in place - this reveals a further two screws. Continue to unclip the surround and remove.

Only 6 screws holding the centre dash in place & have arrowed them :thumb2
