I did modify mine - works now after a lot of fiddling about - it was probably easier to buy the resistor pack:doh

arrived promptly.

noted the blade part is much wider along length of mount, almost full length.

old one may be about half this.

plugged in and checked works, yeah,

checked gap resides in and no problem, is ok.

wondering if the old one was wrong as well as faulty.



bliss not having to be deafened on speed 4, only took me nearly 3 years
