Morning all, the head unit display on my radio/cd player is unreadable, is it possible to repair,or is there nothing that can be done. If the latter then if fitting another head unit from say sony or the likes, what do i do about the hazard light button as its integrated into the facia ? The unit still plays fine but i have no idea which track or cd number is playing. Not the end of the world f know just annoying.

Cheers

It's common defect theirs not relay anything you can do about it. if it's the type with the integrated hazard switch then there are numerous threads on here about changing the radio to single din and fitting a separate switch for the hazards. do a search

same ass mine, seems like the hotter the day the worse it is, standard feature

Just get a piece of wood, cut to size, and a cheap CD player, some splicing of wire and a flick switch for hazard button (or a primera hazard button)

Flick switch from halfrauds is about 2 quid....
CD player 10 quid onwards
Piece of wood.. :nenau
Your time.. Priceless :naughty
