Head light adjustment

could anyone pls supply a pic as to where i may find the height adjust for my head lights on my n reg mavy with square h/l the mot tester said they were seized but didnt show me where they were also what is the open and close knob towards the centre of the car on the back of the lights had it undone it seem to be on a spring of some sort

Can't do you a pic but theres 2 hole sin the slam panel that you stick a screwdriver (phillips) in vertically and turn to adjust - pretty sure its an all plastic mech so doubt its seized - more likely he couldn't find it either.
