Does anyone know if changing the head gasket on a driveway is a doable task, its defiantly blown.. i dont mind doing it i have enough tools, but id like do get it done in a weekend....

Rick and I did a head swap in a "long day", although we did spend a lot of it trying to drill a broken glow plug out before deciding to swap the heads, so you should be OK.
Before you start, have a search around, posts on here, I ordered all the bits so they arrived before hand, and don't forget new head bolts, as the bolts on these stretch and should not be reused.
You do ideally need two people to lift the head off and back on, as while it is light enough for one to lift, trying to line it up and hold it's weight at arms length, both at the same time is not so easy.
