I totally agree with Melissachels.... In the Asda car park just after Christmas and a family of 4..... car wouldn't start. He said I don't understand I've just driven it back from Scotland, Luckily I was parked opposite, so lifted his bonnet connected the jump leads (just happened to have them in the boot) and bobs your uncle. He just stood there..... thanked me for the help and drove off.. Yep there are some ladies out there that don't mind getting their hands dirty and I'm with you Melissachels, high heels or not we're always happy to help the guy in distress... haGot sent out for some spice earlier, so headed up to home bargains. Gets back to the car andthere is a lass with the bonnet up on her golf trying to replace 2 headlight bulbs in the dark she just got from halfords. I said they'll fit them if you ask.
Yes she said, £7 a bulb to fit....er you don't know how to do it, do ya?
Yes I do.
I'd like to think some nice chap would have helped my missus in the same situation when the lights go dark on the way home from work.
When i'd done she said thanks sooo much and gave me a fiver.
Paid for the walnut whips
