thanks for you kind words ian.i'm afraid it comes with having kids.poor little thing must be fed up of being ill.she started with a cold which turned into an ear infection which has turned into scarlet fever.
have had to pospone our plans for the next week just to make sure no one else catches it from her.
all the best for xmas and the new year and have a good run in the yorkshire dales.

get her a cuddly toy.... um maybe a zippy

she has allready got 2 of them :lol: :lol: we won them on the grabbing machines at mablethorpe.
all she asked for was a happy meal as we drove past mc donalds on the way to the hospital.
she doesn't normally eat them but she ate every bit on the way home.

Thats Ok mate, I know you would'nt make an excuse up not to do some laning mate.

she's perked up a bit today and her temprature has come down and stayed down.
only thing is my mrs has also got it.she won't get the rash but her neck and tounge have swelled up and gone bright red.i might quarrantine myself to the workshop until they get better.

we where told at the hospital that its very rare for adults to get it.it usaually only effects under fives.just got to keep an eye on the other kids over the next few days to make sure they dont start with any of the symtoms.

she is most definatly on the mend:thumbsgot me up at 6.00 this morning to see if santa had been again

the house is over run with roary the racing car toys as she loves him.


finished putting the route together today.going to have a drive and check out a couple of the lanes i'm not too familular with just to make sure they are o.k.if only me,you and nellie II turn up they will be fine to drive but if the other two come in their standard trucks will have to have a work around.not a problem but they are good technical lanes.

would have liked to have done that run but its a 2 hour drive just to get to the meet point and with the mrs and little girl not being 100% well yet i think it would be a bit too much for them.theres always next time.:thumbs
