Well theres the Grabber AT, doesn't look to have as much fresh air
amongst the rubber. Though I hop has the biting shoulders.

The BFG AT is still out there, but pricey.

My mk4 has 16" rimss, 235/70 which doesn't help.

Looks like the Cooper ST comes in my size,

Any thoughts, hope theres an AT3 in the pipeline....

the at2 is still on general's (US) site.

Saying obselete as says on craddocks as
i recall and isnt on black circles current
list.

yep, several uk firms saying limited last stock

yet still on parent site.

bfg must be smileing.

any thoughts on retreads, truck came with
insa mountains and their not bad.

thinking lot of commercials run retread, and
in a vehicle not doing high speeds.

just seems funny when some of them are
heading for £100 a piece and there are
entry level brand new ones for less, ok less
agressive and less depth...

Had two fitted a few weeks ago from etyres but on 15 inch rims. Web site still showing them but not in 16 inch.

Well I have these Goodyear Wrangler Silent Armour fitted but in 245x70x16 but they do do it in a 235 profile as well. I love them - great grip in the wet. I am not a green laner but they do fine for me on the gravel roads here in Iceland. Some pics so you can see the tread pattern - I did a compare to the AT2 and I don't think it is too different.

my sisters got them on her kia sorento, they look alright but dont look as usefull

It is still available & the tyre above hasn't replaced it ;)

Can't see the AT2 being stopped as it was there best seller for the past 3 year's

The above info has come direct from camskill ;)

Insa also do that tread pattern as do most of the remould company's

reading the article about the at, says has improved the at2, guess
just doesnt look it. suspect will lose sales to off roaders where
doesnt look as meaty, though note the at does have the useful
rim bead protector. when i had at2s fitted few years back tyre
shop were very impressed by its strength and features.

time will tell.

Unsure how I missed this til now, but they do look good, can you confirm they are the Wrangler AT/SA as your pictures don't seem to quite match ther image of the tread on
the Goodyear site, also how do you think they compared with the BFG AT which I feel
only had one rival in the general grabber at2
