the weight of the landy is 2550 kgs

On what planet does a T2 weigh 2580kg please. (yes I know mass doesn't vary with gravity).

Don't even think the maximum allowed mass of mine is 2580kg.

Been looking and the nearest I can find is the D21 R3M's weight at 1850kg, given that the T2/Mav is narrower and we're talkning about my swb I think its fair to say that mines nearer 1500kg (which is approx what I know its supposed to be (and mines missing a load of bits, which easily makes up for the all alloy roof rack)

My point exactly kerb weight (thats with half fluids etc, 1870kg (and thats a new version with bells and whistles and a lwb.

Gross weight (whatever they want to call it), thats the max allowed including passengers, luggage etc 2580kg

Thanks Siweb just what I needed though I think I've seen a version for earlier spec with less niceties cos I'm sure the SWB comes out it the 15 hunderds.

For completeness, the purple 110 in the picture is ex Yorkshire electricity and is very much at the top end of whatt its allowed to carry. Its got an engine driven generator for one, but dave carries so much gear around with him its well into 3T.

I drove my old Disco V8, (stayed well away from the water), on the beach at Breen Sands a few years ago while on holiday at WSM with 5 other Disco owning familys. For a few minutes I was driving a track in Morrocco ! :lol: The kids loved it aswell !
