Well I have decided that its not worth spending £1200 on the Terrano r3mR to have a new set of tyres and both front wings repaired. Its been a great 5 years of ownership but all good things come to an end. I have recently renewed my membership as I love this web community with its mix of young and old characters !

I have bought a 2004 plate Hyundai Santa Fe 2.7 V6 auto petrol model. Parted with £1300 and my Nissan to do the deal and collected it yesterday. 2 owners from new with part service history and great bodywork plus sound leather trim & cruise control that works !

First impressions are its comfy, everything on the vehicle works and whilst I would have liked a Terracan this was far cheaper with 78k miles. I actually like petrol engines as I can do my own maintainance and I understand the mechanics better.

I have had two Hyundai's.Both good motors.Sonnata and Coupe.

Its my first ever Korean motor my r3mR was my first ever Japanese motor (excluding Honda / Yamaha Motor Cycles).

Have usually had B.M.C. / Alfa Romeo / Vauxhall / Opel / Mercedes / now Chrysler & Hyundai latest arrivals.

I have just got a Daewoo Korando, so far I am impressed with it.... mercedes running gear and based on a G wagon I believe? 2.3 petrol so a huge difference from the 2.7 diesel but all the toys work :thumbs
