Glow plug question

I don't have the old engine, that is long gone.
For what little trouble it is I doubt I would bother anyway.
More curious as to why it does it really.

have you checked they actually get power, Rick

It starts ok with Normal deisel but very lumpy and sometimes cuts out just after starting also getting white smoke when first starts when Running it on 90 % veg oil and10% petrol.

Would the veg oil cause the lumpy starting as It's fine when warm Thanks. John

Looks like I found my problem, Two of the glow plugs are fooked so off I go to get a new set
