getting high on the smell of anti-freeze

my truck is stinking of antifreeze and is leaking at every blower hole at the floor!! any idea's or is it the matrix?:doh

it sounds like the matrix, have you had a good look down the back of the engine and around the engine bay for any signs of leaks?

yep its burst! suppose its dash out time! grr:banghead, i'll see if i can do anything with the fuel gauge while its out!

anyone know where 2 get the gaskets mentioned in the downloads from?

As a temporary measure, by pass the interior heater, with a short length of 15 mm copper pipe and a couple of jubilee clips.

I always carry this in case.
It happened on a Ford Sierra once, but that was mid winter...

we generally look on here 1st just 2 check since these trucks r funny, like the damper pipe 4 the clutch! :clap

my truck is my only vehicle too, worst i've done so far is burst my headlight going thru a rut too fast :doh n done in the droplinks :augie

I haven't been to this place either and it does look rough tho so does drumclog in some of the youtube vids, just a case of looking b4 u drive. drumclog is over this way near strathaven (£25 per vehicle all day u can camp there too) n there's glentarkie (fife) too (but they don't do pay n play days its a yrs membership £130 i think).

Drumclog is a tame or as challageing as u like, theres woods that u can only winch thru n the boys do in clutchs galore up that bit. tho I would suggest going out on a day with my club cos I'm new to the offroading too plus we can show all the others that the terrano's r out in force :sly:naughty

We should its just trying to find somewhere kinda central to everyone.

The dash is p**s easy to remove, I put a different dash from a swb in my lwb, took me 5 hours start to finish :thumbs
