Hi - this is my first Terrano (1995 LWB diesel) after a run of discoverys, and so far so good. But I have no comparison as to how "good" the on-road handling should be. I seem to pitch a lot, front to back, on rough roads over 50mph, and there is a lot of steering wheel input required to get into a bend, but once there she's stable. I'm not sprinting around (that would be impossible anyway!) but is this normal. BTW new shocks just before I bought her, tyres are ok and pressured right, all underneath look in good order, regular 5000m services and only(!) 177k.... Thanks

Mines a SWB & by god I can chuck it around like my old hot hatches so I would think you may have somethink amiss :? My 1st thought when reading your post was the shockers & poss the ARB bushes :? I'm now puzzeled but someone with more experiance will be able to help

were are you mate, im in wiltsire nr swindon.. if your close pop over and try mine.. lwb 1999 T2

Front ride height? Do your cills look roughly level they handle a lot better when wound back up to standard.

Thanks Brian - I'm going to put her up on ramps this weekend and check the obvious, but I may take you up on your kind offer!
