Gear box oil

Slowly getting through a list of a 101 jobs that need doing on the Terrano.

Just need to know what type and how much gear oil do I need.

Also have some Slick 50 gearbox treatemen, do I use it or not

SAE 90 (smelly oil)

So has any one used Slick 50 in their gear boxes.

Have handled all sort of lubricants, but cant stand the smell of gear oil
