fuse blown 2nd morgage needed now.

The 30 amp slow blow fuse went the other day so off I go to local auto parts place where I was told Nissan only part :doh. Thinking they were going to screw me for £5-£6 for a fuse

Only to be told £17.50

Told the man very polity "to poke it up this a$$e".

£3.50 posted on ebay.

Good to see that you re-FUSED to pay such a high price.
Did you know what caused it, if not you may want to temporarily rig a cheap fuse before you BLOW another £3.50 ?

I plugged in my lamping spot which caused it to blow. I may even put in a new supply so the cig lighters dont run on this type of fuse.

Maplins due a good range of sockets that look like the old cig lighter ones but are marine type....they tell me

Dont know how the maplin price compares but the quality is good and certainly the ones I got a while back will handle a decent current :thumb2
