The 30 amp slow blow fuse went the other day so off I go to local auto parts place where I was told Nissan only part :doh. Thinking they were going to screw me for £5-£6 for a fuse :(

Only to be told £17.50 :eek::(:(:(

Told the man very polity "to poke it up this a$$e".

£3.50 posted on ebay.

Good to see that you re-FUSED to pay such a high price.
Did you know what caused it, if not you may want to temporarily rig a cheap fuse before you BLOW another £3.50 ?
Just a thought..

:lol:lol:lol:lol:lol

I plugged in my lamping spot which caused it to blow. I may even put in a new supply so the cig lighters dont run on this type of fuse.

clucking bell, daylight robbery.

Maplins due a good range of sockets that look like the old cig lighter ones but are marine type....they tell me :D

Dont know how the maplin price compares but the quality is good and certainly the ones I got a while back will handle a decent current :thumb2
