The return pipe right on the tank on my Terrano 3.0ltr R20 Di has split, does anyone know where I may be able to find one.

Banshee can advise you on this, I believe he's done one before and has another to do soon.
I replaced mine from front to back with rubber hoses though quite an easy job.
 
I did the same as Doug and replaced from front to back with fuel grade viton rubber hose.:thumb2
Makes it a fix and forget job if done this way:thumb2
 
Thanks for the advice gents but I have already replaced feed and return pipe the split is on the return pipe into the tank. I manages to stop the leak with a short piece of flex hose and a jubalee clip so it could be moved but it's so close to the bend there's a good chances it will snap with too much vibration and so close to the tank if it does there's too little pipe to fix to.

Sounds like replacing the whole unit is probably the best way forward.
