By now you will have guessed my holiday has enabled me to find out more about this vehicle. So never having owned one before need to get to know them.
So next question:
Engine Surging - it is as though the govenor on an old mechanical diesel pump is fluctuating backwards and forwards when the engine is just cruising along at say 30 - 40 mph in the flow of slow moving traffic.
I could also explain it as when you have just put a 'light touch on the throttle pedal' it seems to surge at this point but not when you throttle off, or when you acclerate or when you are stopped in traffic and the engine is idling.
Really appreciate your thoughts and help.
