Hi there, has anyone ever had this happen on their Terrano. Went to change the time on the dashboard because of the clocks going forward. Pushed the button that adjusts the clock and the orange needle for the fuel guage just fell off. Is it a major job to get behind the perspex cover to get to the panel? Can anyone tell me how to go about it? Cheers.

:lol sorry for laughing but it is kinda funny. I've had my clocks out on my facelift 2000, it's not very hard at all, just requires a patient hand. If I remember right the cowell round the top comes off first which gives you access to some screws that hold the clocks in, I seem to remember taking a piece of lower trim off too to get to some more screws, give me half an hour and I'll go out and check :thumb2

Yellow tape are where screws are...

Then the clock ones, it will pull out after those just don't forget about the plugs at the back....

All back together, all you need is a posi driver, drop the steering wheel on its adjuster to make things a bit easier....

You need to remember to put it back at the fuel level of before.
Good instructions above and it's not difficult.
Having had mine fall off, the little buggers won't come off now to set them correctly.

Flipping heck Tdoug well done matey:clap

Only thing I can add is be careful with the lower panel as the mirror adjusting switch will drop apart at the drop of a hat.
