What are Nissan Terrano 2 petrol 2.4s like for economy??

Around 25 round town and short trips, 21 when towing, might do better on a run than 25 but I am always towing on long distance so do not know, Rick

I have always kept away from petrol trucks in the past....I did want it for my wife and green laning..just wondering how the engine would cope.

Your looking at about 30 miles to £10 of petrol around town mate depending upon how hilly your area is and how you drive. Mine was awful as I live in a very hilly area!

Thats only about 16 to the gallon, if mine only did that I would be looking to sort an engine problem or sell it, the worst I get is 21 and that is grossing over 4 tonnes with the trailer and I do not hang about, Rick

I have just completed a 516 mile round trip empty trailer up loaded trailer back (Terrano 2 on board) up over 80 mph on M1 return around 60 mph due to load not far enough forward on trailer so a little unstable (loaded on a hill) but could not be bothered to go to the trouble of moving it, whatever 110 litres of fuel uesed = acording to my calcs 21 to the gallon, I am happy with that, Rick
