Anyone tried Forte fuel Additive ?

I have never used it in a diesel but have in petrol engines with some very good results :smile: IIRC there is 2 types a cleaner & an aditive & 2 ways of useing it, you can poor it in the fuel tank or some garages have a machine that injects it into the fuel system after the fuel filter

Yes I used to use it in a fleet of coaches 1 can per 50litres if i remember and it cleans out the soot !!!! you also got a kit to plumb in line to the pump and used 2 cans of Forte and a litre of diesel and it would really give the system a good clean if it was iffy for mot a couple of cans and a blast round the block and it would pass no problem used it in Leylands, AEC's Bedfords Dafs Volvo,s Toyotas in fact anything we had got it also their oil seal conditioner was excellent for leaky oil seals on the crankshafts and they had a good range of stuff.
Just put the can of fluid in your tank and watch the soot come out and the engine runs a lot better and cleaner afterwards.
