Front wishbone bump stops

Why would you need a bump stop for the downward travel anyway? Does the shock not limit the amount of droop?

Unfortunately not, when wheel gets lost in rut or hole it stretches the cv and slowly damages.

Not a bad idea rick but would require alignment and bush condition ect. I will look for screw in adjusters. :thumb2
 
if you have standard shocks on then yes it will.
The bump stop will stop the shock bottoming out.
Alex has +2" shocks on the front so it will keep going until it hits the chassis, this in turn takes the angle of the cv to its limits and if under load can lead it to fail.

Actually, went standard length in the end on the shockies, the cvs are at a bad angle though :eek:
