How do the front wings come off a Terrano.
I can see the 3 bolts in the engine bay in the top.
The 1 bolt in the door frame and 2 underneath
And all the plastic inner wing screws.

But do I have to take the bumper off ?

as said, one behind bumper side,a pig to get too so take gumper off.4x 17mm bolts, take bottom bolt out but only undo top bolt as bumper fitting has a slide to hold and line up bumper,if you undo top bolt its a pig to get back in as its inside the box section, the top bolts are longer as well.

So I do have to take the bumper off?

4 x 19 mm bolts into the chassis and it pulls out, they may be 17mm cannot remember, Rick

For the plastic or the reinforcer too ?

The whole lot comes off in one after removing the 4 bolts, there may be some plastic push type rivets but depends on model/style, should not take longer than 10 mins to remove unless the bolts are hard to get out, on my Patrol it is the same, I can have the whole lot off in 20 mins including winch etc except it weighs around 100 Kg, Rick

if you cant find the 4 bolts then another way is to take the plastic bumper of off the steel cross member.if i remember its take front grills off that then exposes and remove the many push fit little plugs that go through bumper into the steel top and some bottom i think, remove number plate to get to some screws that are behind plate and at the ends of the plastic bumper are the steel out riggers that have 2 screws through plastic into steel,i cut through the steel as those screws would not budge and after refitting i welded out rigger back together after lining up.the ends of the plastic bumper have a slide in locater thats fixed to the wing, once all fixings removed just pull plastic away forward then you can get to the nuts on wing ends.bottom picture c is the slide in/out at ends of bumper.pick does show some fixings as well.also then you should be able to look through grill area and find chassis and the 2 plates that bolt on holding bumper steel cross member.

Anyone have a picture of where the 4 bolts are to take the lot off ?

find the ends of the radiator, the bars come through the front panel at bottom of rad, feel for the bars attached to chassis you should feel the bolt studs come through,at least then you know where the bolt heads will be under wings.

This is my Patrol but essentially the same, two each side, Rick
