front torsion bar adjustment help needed pls guys

hi guys silly question and i know search is my friend but i cant seem to find what im looking for.

i cant seem to remember how to adjust my front torsion bars.

has anyone got any detailed pics of the nuts that i have too re-lease
in order to wind the the torsion bar up.


any help guys would be much appreciated.
