Front shocks, what would you buy ?

No
For that you'll need high displacement probably remote cylinder jobs like Fox for example. Trouble is though there's simply not enough room for them on std truck.
Oil is good for relatively slow offroad work with big bumps and long(ish) movement, gas is good at road type bumps at speed where the bumps dont actually make the shock travel very far.

So hitting multiple ruts and pot holes up to a foot deep is gonna break sommit

There a track I nail hard, in the middle of nowhere that is like a rally raid stage, it had 3 good humps to get air at 40-50 mph but sections of heavy potholed areas that chuck my truck about and chuck me back end out sideways on bends. I gets some bangs like the suspension hasn't fully returned for the next hit, but it's holding up well, not broke owt yet but I just want the best shocks for this kind of raid style driving ...

Give Milner a ring and ask to speak to the racing side of things, I've forgotten his name now but very helpful guy. Explain what you're doing and he'll blind you with science for a bit , and then tell you how much :lol:lol:lol:lol
