I need to replace the passenger side front seat belt(its frayed and wont pass the mot in March), can anybody tell me if all Nissan Terranos/Ford Mavericks whether 2 or 4 door models have the same belts fitted as i am looking to buy from scrapy/e-bay,Happy New Year to you all.

Hi Mully, I can't say for certain but I would have thought they would be the same. Pretty sure if I'm wrong someone will tell me.

Killer.

Mully Try Parts Gateway used to get brake caliper housing ,cheaper than ebay.

Hi Mully  If you have only a slight amount of fraying if you heat the fraying part with a lighter it'll melt & seal it's self  i've done this in the past on cars i've had & they went through mot's now probs, infact it was a mot tester that told me how to do it
I'm sure the front belts are the same for the SWB & LWB but the back one I think may be different

If it is frayed then replace it don't muck around with them or any one else's life that happens to be sitting in that seat.

When you have seen a scalp left behind in the window after impact you'll know what I'm talking about.

If it is frayed then there is a reason and it needs replacing.
