I was in my local nissan dealer Friday to order a new indicator and asked when I was in there*asked*about a new bumper cus mine is cracked it worked out just under £400 including VAT

Does that include the metal reinforcement behind it, or is it just the plastic bit?

That's a lot cheaper than I was expecting, I was told by the insurance assessor, that the rear bumper, and reinforcer were nearly £800 before paint...

when he told me I didn't think it was a bad price considering its from a nissan dealer, and if you take in to consideration that scrapyards are asking £350 for a 2nd hand one its a fair price

Hi , I went into nissan parts dept today and was quoted £400 inc vat for a mk 4 terrano bumper plus £60 for the drivers side wheel arch bracket!! The pass anger side bracket is ok.. Then as some ones already said £100 ish to paint plus fitting

What is the drivers side wheel arch bracket the bumper reinforcing panel is in one bit.So for the bumper assembly you need the bumper itself and the metal reinforer.

Yes it must be !! But they definitely quoted an additional £60 for 'metal bracket/plate..
